What is your return policy for prescription eyewear?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your frames, you can return them for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition.

Do you offer international shipping?

Are your lenses protected against UV rays?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard non-prescription orders ship within 1-2 business days. Prescription orders require custom laboratory work and typically ship within 7-10 business days.
