Initiate Your Request

Log in to your account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully place the eyewear in its original protective case and box, ensuring all cleaning cloths and authenticity cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

Ship Your Return

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned frames, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
